About Us

The Harbor Springs Garden Club, established in 1976, is a volunteer organization with over 100 members who share a passion for gardening, conservation and supporting the local community. 

Each May, the Harbor Springs Garden Club (HSGC) plants over 3,000 spring and summer flowers in gardens located throughout the city. Late September is Fall Cleanup and Mums in the festive colors of fall are planted. Click here for our garden map!

The Club meets twice a year for a general membership meeting and lunch, following the spring and fall "work parties", and an annual luncheon in the spring held at a local venue includes a featured speaker. In addition, “brown-bag” events and field trips are scheduled throughout the summer.

HSGC relies on private donations and the dedication of club member volunteers to keep the gardens beautiful and thriving from early spring through late fall.
